Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spinach, stir for 30 seconds, drain, and squeeze out the excess water.
- Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chile flakes and cook for about 2 minutes, stopping when the garlic begins to brown.
- Add the spinach and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Toss with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then serve immediately.
