Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh flounder, cod, or tilapia
  • 8 six-inch corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Rub the seasoning over both sides of the fish.
  3. Bake the fish for 12 to 15 minutes, until it flakes easily.
  4. Warm the tortillas, then break the fish into large pieces and divide it among them.
  5. Top with avocado, cilantro, and cabbage. Serve with lime wedges.
