Country Mustard Rubbed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup country Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons herb garden seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 pounds thick-cut boneless pork loin chops

Method

  1. Mix the mustard, herb seasoning, garlic, honey, and parsley in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup for serving.
  2. Put the remaining mustard mixture in a resealable bag, add the pork chops, and coat them thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes or up to overnight.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chops for 6 to 7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  5. Transfer to a platter and serve with the reserved mustard mixture.
