Snowman Chocolate Bark
Recipe from Skinnytaste
Ingredients
- 9 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips
- 27 mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon white nonpareil sprinkles
- About 1 ounce pretzel sticks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces for arms
- Orange and black edible-ink markers
Method
- Line a small 9-by-13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Draw a snowman face on 9 marshmallows with the edible markers, spacing the planned snowmen so the finished bark can be divided evenly.
- Cut the pretzels and have them ready before melting the chocolate.
- Put the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth; this should take about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, depending on the microwave.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the prepared pan in a smooth layer that reaches almost to the edges.
- Working quickly, arrange three marshmallows for each snowman, add pretzel arms, and scatter the white sprinkles over the bark.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, until completely firm, then break into 9 pieces of roughly 1 ounce each.
