Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
- 2 15.25-ounce cans sliced peaches, drained
- 1 15.25-ounce can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup cold butter or margarine
- Low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, for serving (optional)
Method
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Put the drained peaches and pineapple in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Stir together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly and the pieces are about pea-sized.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until crisp and golden. Serve warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt if desired.
